Naval Architect / Marine Engineer.  Herndon, VA

The Marine Engineer / Naval Architect will provide analytic and design support for various projects.  General duties include the design, development, and testing of all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery related to the overall system.  Apply knowledge of engineering principles to develop solutions while considering cost, reliability, quality, schedule and other constraints. May be involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.  Able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The company will provide a wide degree of creativity and latitude to develop feasible solutions. 

 

Materials Engineer / Scientist.  Herndon, VA

The Materials Engineer / Materials Scientist will provide analytic and design support plans for the most cost-effective utilization of materials. Applies knowledge of material science to recommend engineering and manufacturing changes to attain design objectives in the most economical manner possible. Reviews blueprints and specifications to determine the appropriate materials needed to achieve successful completion of initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. The company will provide a wide degree of creativity and latitude to develop feasible solutions.

Mechanical Engineer / Drafter.  Herndon, VA

The general duties of the Mechanical Engineer / Drafter include the design, development, and testing of all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery related to the overall system.  Applies knowledge of engineering principles to develop solutions while considering cost, reliability, quality schedule and other constraints. Maybe involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.  Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The company will provide a wide degree of creativity and latitude to develop feasible solutions.

Project Manager I.  Herndon, VA

The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team while executing against contractual requirements.   Generally responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. The company will provide a wide degree of creativity and latitude to manage the project.  Will report to the VP of Operations.
